1 (18.25 ounce) Red Velvet cake mix

- Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using any of the recommended pan sizes. When cake is done, cool slightly; crumble warm cake into a large bowl. Stir in all the frosting until well blended.
- Melt chocolate coating in a glass bowl in the microwave, or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Roll cake mixture into round balls. Chill slightly. Drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled balls.
A lovely idea and a good alternative to the usual cupcakes.They look gorgeous:)
