Oven Baked Bacon

I just tried baking bacon in the oven.....

Well, Smack my forehead & call me a dummy!

It's another one of those "I shoulda thought of that" kind of ideas.

The best part besides not having grease splattered all over your kitchen walls is how easy it is to prepare...just put it on a foil lined pan & pop it in the oven.

Oven Baked Bacon

  • Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Place bacon on the pan in a single layer.
  • Bake @ 400 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Remove bacon & place on a paper towel lined plate.
  • Pig out! (literally)

  4. I have been doing this for the last 2 months after I had a bad grease pop incident that blistered my hand in a couple of places, even when the bacon was cooking on a low temp :(

It's so much easier and cleaner! Stopping in from My Fave Finds :)
